Job Description
As a Service Administrator, you will have the opportunity to provide efficient and professional administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the service. You will be the first point of contact for referrals and enquiries, helping coordinate appointments and ensuring accurate records and reporting are maintained.
Job Responsibility
Manage enquiries, schedule new referrals and review appointments using the CRM system
Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records, prepare reports, and support monitoring processes to evidence outcomes and impact
Process customer payments and manage queries in relation to suppliers and other ad hoc finance matters
Prepare information for reports and support monitoring processes to evidence service outcomes and impact
Assist in organising and supporting recruitment and onboarding
Support the collection of data for service evaluation and reporting
Provide general administrative support to the project team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service
Requirements
Person-centred approach when communicating with clients by phone or email
caring and empathetic attitude with a focus on helping people to maintain independence
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
confident using IT systems including CRM databases and Microsoft applications
ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in line with GDPR
understanding of safeguarding and information governance procedures
ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues across the service
full valid driving licence and access to a car for business purposes
