Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for walk‑in customers
Manage incoming calls, especially during peak seasonal periods
Process payments and enter transactions into internal systems
Assist with organizing paperwork, labeling files, and maintaining records
Reach out to customers with updates, reminders, and scheduling details
Create order documentation, including work orders and invoices
Help tidy and restock products to maintain an orderly workspace
Requirements:
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable navigating Excel and Word
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs when needed
Professional, friendly customer service skills — in person and over the phone
Dependable follow‑through and ability to complete tasks fully
Clear communication and willingness to ask questions to stay aligned

Stay occupied by organizing or cleaning even when it’s slower
Build relationships with returning customers
