Job Responsibility

  • Engaging in warm, respectful, and guided conversations with participants and their families through both face-to-face and virtual channels
  • Gathering and synthesising information to understand each participant’s unique life circumstances and disability support needs
  • Translating complex clinical evidence into clear, compassionate, and robust assessment reports that protect the participant's welfare and choices
  • Working closely with a supportive, geographically dispersed team to share insights, offer mentorship, and continuously refine service delivery
