Job Responsibility
Engaging in warm, respectful, and guided conversations with participants and their families through both face-to-face and virtual channels
Gathering and synthesising information to understand each participant’s unique life circumstances and disability support needs
Translating complex clinical evidence into clear, compassionate, and robust assessment reports that protect the participant's welfare and choices
Working closely with a supportive, geographically dispersed team to share insights, offer mentorship, and continuously refine service delivery
