Office Angels is delighted to be recruiting for a Temporary Support Administrator to support a busy construction company based on site in the City of London. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the go-to person for all things admin-this could be your next great opportunity!

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting engineers and site teams with compliance and documentation
  • Managing helpdesk queries and assigning jobs
  • Raising purchase orders and liaising with subcontractors
  • Producing monthly reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing general office support and assisting with onboarding new starters

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the construction industry
  • Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with flexibility to support multiple sites
  • A commitment to health & safety and service excellence
