Our client, a leading light in their industry, are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join their vibrant team. Due to the company's rapid growth, a new opportunity has arisen. As a Support Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This position involves supporting both internal teams and external customer requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting the team in reviewing reports to extract and highlight key insights
  • Gathering, verifying, and validating all claim-related information, addressing any queries as needed
  • Processing claims in line with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring timely completion through our in-house management system
  • Managing claim settlements received from manufacturers, maintaining precise records
