Job Description:

Your responsibilities : Ensure the follow-up to suppliers and follow up until the delivery of purchase orders generated by all buyers for our stores and warehouses ; Carry out the procurement of certain product lines ; Process the change in status of parts requested by stores and warehouses in order to maintain good inventory management ; Generate reports and performance indicator tables to support the buyers

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out the procurement of certain product lines
  • Process the change in status of parts requested by stores and warehouses in order to maintain good inventory management
  • Generate reports and performance indicator tables to support the buyers

Requirements:

  • College degree in administration, operations management, or other
  • Minimum of one year experience in a similar position or a few years experience in an administrative position related to procurement
  • Excellent command of MS Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of procurement software (Evant or E3) (asset)
  • Knowledge of products (parts for heavy vehicles) (asset)
  • Excellent communication in both English and French, both orally and in writing
