Count supply inventory in all PAR locations daily (Monday – Friday)
Enter counts into handhelds
Create restocking pick tickets on the handhelds based on these counts
Fill pick tickets in bin location order, verifying item numbers on the pick ticket with items being pulled from the shelves
Deliver supplies to all PAR locations based on pick tickets
Help receive shipments as they arrive
Stock the arriving supplies in the Supply Room placing the "old" supplies in front
Deliver special order and non-stock items to the proper departments
Have the delivery documents signed by the receiving parties on handhelds
Maintain neat and orderly PAR locations, the Supply Room and the receiving areas
Performs any other duties and tasks assigned by the Supply Chain Manager
Manage and facilitate projects for Human Resources and Organizational Development
Provide training on Human Resources topics for staff, faculty, and leadership
Provide planning, implementation and evaluation for reward and recognition activities, employee engagement initiatives and other OD projects
Facilitate New Employee Orientation
Work collaboratively with team on marketing events
Adhere to organizational standards to promote a cooperative work environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and team building
Assist with activities to ensure organizational compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory standards
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and three years experience in organizational development, training, or human resources, including experience with project management and events planning
Planning and coordinating complex projects
Working independently
Negotiating effectively
Communicating with all levels of the organization
Working effectively with others
Providing training for staff, faculty and leaders
Utilizing MS Office software
Prioritizing duties and meeting deadlines
Conducting activities in a manner which displays an awareness of the formal and informal chains of command and the culture and politics of the organization
