Instructional Support: Assisting the Lead Teacher in the delivery of engaging, creative lessons. Small Group & 1:1 Intervention: Providing focused attention to pupils who require extra help to meet their learning goals. Special Educational Needs (SEN): Supporting students with diverse learning requirements to ensure they are fully integrated and supported. Job Responsibility
