Supply Teaching Assistant

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Provide 1:1 support or work with small groups of students to help them achieve their learning goals
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt to various learning environments
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive, inclusive learning space
• Help prepare and organise learning materials and resources for the classroom

• Experience working with children (experience in an educational setting is preferred)
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with different age groups and in various schools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, patient, and supportive approach to working with children
• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are a plus but not essential
