We provide essential support to a huge variety of primary schools, and we need you to help us make a difference. Job Role As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will be the ultimate classroom all-rounder.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting individuals or small groups of students to ensure they understand and engage with their lessons
  • Assisting the class teacher with classroom management and the preparation of learning resources
  • Fostering an inclusive environment where children of all abilities feel supported and encouraged
  • Adapting quickly to different school settings, from EYFS through to Key Stage 2

Requirements:

  • Must have previous UK experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational setting
  • A positive, proactive 'can-do' attitude and a genuine passion for supporting young learners
  • The ability to build quick rapport with children and staff in new environments
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness to process a new one)
