Job Description:

Work that matters. A team that cares - Supply Teaching Assistant. Are you looking for a flexible work? Do you have the required skills to engage pupils with activities? If yes, we have an opportunity for you to be a Teaching Assistant at a school located in Bristol. This role would be suitable for the individual who wishes to work on a Supply basis. You will have an opportunity to work with an experienced and welcoming staff.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure pupils stay on task
  • Controlling behaviour
  • Providing support to children on a 1-to-1 basis or in a group setting when required
  • Assisting the teacher in planning engaging lessons for the class in line with the curriculum
  • Liaising with the class teacher and parents to provide the best support

Requirements:

  • Any experience working with children with special needs and disabilities
  • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
  • An Enhanced Child DBS or a willingness to get one
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (No Sponsorships Provided)
