Job Description:

Randstad Education is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to work in various schools across the Horley area. This is a term-time only position with flexible full-time or part-time options.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organization
  • Providing focused, one-on-one or small-group support to students
  • Helping with behaviour management to maintain classroom structure
  • Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Promoting an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere
  • Participating in school meetings and events as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting
  • A firm commitment to child safeguarding and welfare
  • Relevant qualifications are a plus but not mandatory
