Your role is crucial in ensuring students' learning experiences remain uninterrupted. You'll follow set lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment, adapting quickly to different school settings and student needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in line with the provided plans
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Provide feedback on student progress to the regular class teacher
  • Build positive relationships with students and staff, fostering a collaborative atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE)
  • Strong knowledge of the primary and/or secondary curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school settings
  • Enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK
