Job Description

Primary Teacher (KS1 & KS2); Locations: West Sussex | East Sussex | Surrey; Daily Rate: £120 - £160 (DOE); Contract: Flexible Supply & Long-Term Roles; Are you a dedicated educator looking for a better work-life balance? Job Responsibility

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to all learning styles within the classroom
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment using effective behavior management strategies
  • Provide 'in-the-moment' feedback to students and accurately assess progress to inform future planning
  • Work alongside Teaching Assistants and support staff to ensure every child-including those with SEN-is supported

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Proven track record teaching the UK National Curriculum in KS1 or KS2
  • An adaptable 'can-do' attitude, especially for daily supply roles where you may step into new environments
  • A deep understanding of current safeguarding and 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' (KCSiE) guidelines
