Job Description:

Affinity Workforce Solutions is proud to partner with a well-established Multi-Academy Trust in the Bridgwater area. We are currently seeking Supply Teachers for both primary and secondary to join several schools within the Trust, with immediate start opportunities available.

Job Responsibility:

  • To provide well-planned lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Liaise with parents regarding pupils progress and well-being
  • Work with Teaching Assistants to support less able pupils to achieve better outcomes
  • Assist in the development of the Curriculum.
  • Be responsible for monitoring, assessing, reporting, recording and evaluation of learning experiences.
  • Promote opportunities for peer and social interaction to develop confidence, resilience and social skills
  • To plan, organise, mark work whilst also attending staff planning meetings

Requirements:

  • QTS or QTLS status in the UK
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service/be willing to put one in process
  • Ability to provide references for the last two years
