The Role As a supply teacher, no two days are the same. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior effectively, and ensuring a positive learning environment. Career Progression: Many of our supply placements lead to Long-Term (LT) or Permanent contracts. (Applications from ECTs are highly encouraged). Transport: While not strictly essential for all city-centre schools, a Driving License and access to a vehicle is highly desired to reach our partner schools in more rural or outlying areas.
