Job Description:

Join our team of dedicated educators and enjoy the flexibility of working as a Supply Teacher in East Grinstead. As a Supply Teacher, you'll have the chance to work across a variety of schools, covering short-term absences or providing additional support as needed. You'll engage with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities, delivering impactful lessons and fostering a positive learning environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with curriculum guidelines
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting student's academic progress and personal development

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous teaching experience preferred but not essential
