Job Description:

Flexible Teaching in North Wales! We are looking for Secondary Supply Teachers to work in schools across Wrexham, Flintshire, and Denbighshire. If you want to teach in local schools with zero stress and total flexibility, we have the roles for you. We have work available ASAP and for the Summer Term (starting April). You can choose the days you work to fit your schedule.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively following school policies
  • Ensure all students remain on task and complete their set work
  • Collect completed work at the end of the lesson for the regular teacher
  • Provide a brief handover note regarding student progress and behaviour
  • Supervise students during break times or lesson transitions when required
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all pupils
  • Register attendance accurately at the start of every lesson
  • Follow all safeguarding and child protection procedures strictly
  • Support students with their individual learning needs during tasks

Requirements:

  • QTS or QTLS
  • A valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to get one)
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude
  • Experience working in a UK secondary school
