What We're Looking For QTS: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent UK-recognized credential. Adaptability: The ability to think on your feet, build quick rapport with pupils, and fit seamlessly into a new staff room. Experience: Prior experience teaching the UK National Curriculum (ECTs and experienced teachers are equally welcome!).
