Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a Long-Term Supply Teacher in primary schools, providing consistency and support to young learners
  • Be prepared to handle lesson planning and delivery, ensuring engaging and effective educational experiences tailored to the primary curriculum
  • Build relationships with staff and pupils
  • Mark work that was completed in your lesson - providing brief feedback to the class teacher where appropriate
  • Collaborate with other staff members to effectively support pupil progress
  • Be a motivated, adaptable and flexible individual

Requirements:

  • Possess a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one with our support)
  • 2 references
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship will be provided)
  • Experience teaching in a UK primary school
  • Relevant teaching qualification
  • Understanding of teaching UK curriculum
