The Role: As a supply teacher, no two days are the same. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior effectively, and ensuring a positive learning environment. Flexibility: Choose between Full-Time or Part-Time hours to suit your lifestyle. Variety: Experience different school settings across Plymouth, Saltash, and Ivybridge. Career Progression: Many of our supply placements lead to Long-Term (LT) or Permanent contracts. Use this term to build relationships with local SLT and secure your spot for the new academic year in September. What We Are Looking For: Qualification: Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). (Applications from ECTs are highly encouraged). Transport: While not strictly essential for all city-centre schools, a Driving License and access to a vehicle is highly desired to reach our partner schools in more rural or outlying areas. Classroom Presence: Ability to hit the ground running with strong behavior management skills and an adaptable teaching style.
