As a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant specialising in SEMH, you will: Provide high-quality, flexible support to the class teacher and pupils. Assist in the planning and preparation of tailored learning activities. Implement strategies and interventions designed to manage challenging behaviour and promote positive emotional regulation. Support pupils' social development and communication skills. Assist with personal care where necessary (training provided). Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
