Join Our Team as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant! Are you passionate about making a real difference in children's lives? Do you thrive in a supportive and collaborative educational environment? We're seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant primary school team in Reigate.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging educational activities
Assisting in student supervision to ensure a safe learning environment
Providing both individual and group support to students as directed
Contributing to the creation and maintenance of learning resources
Collaborating with teachers to monitor and track student progress

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in different school environments
A genuine passion for supporting student's educational development
Valid enhanced DBS
