Job Description:

As an Account Manager, Strategic Accounts on Taboola’s Strategic Accounts team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing one of Taboola’s most critical supply-side partnerships. In this role, you’ll act as the day-to-day partner contact, helping to strengthen collaboration, drive business results, and ensure operational excellence. You’ll leverage your programmatic and account management background to monitor performance, execute growth initiatives, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations that fuel success for both Taboola and the partner.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serving as the dedicated account manager and key point of contact for a major strategic supply-side partner, handling communication, reporting, and coordination across teams, with a primary focus on driving commercial success
  • Developing a deep understanding of the partner’s business objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth across technical and commercial fronts
  • Analyzing and monitor advertiser success metrics, proactively surfacing trends, performance insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Yield, Professional Services) to ensure seamless delivery, troubleshoot issues, and support technical solutions that advance the partnership
  • Preparing and deliver performance summaries, quarterly business review inputs, and other reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Tracking and manage operational workflows related to campaign delivery, supply integrations, and new feature adoption
  • Contributing to documentation, internal alignment efforts, and process improvements that support efficient partnership management

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in account management, partner management, or client success, preferably in the digital media or programmatic advertising space
  • Solid understanding of programmatic principles — familiarity with ad tech concepts such as SSPs, DSPs, OpenRTB, or yield optimization
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work in Excel/Google Sheets to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident managing relationships with both technical and business counterparts
  • Collaborative mindset — able to coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and priorities
