Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and adaptable educator passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? We are looking for enthusiastic Supply Primary Teachers to join our team on a flexible basis, providing essential support to our school community. We are dedicated to providing an engaging and nurturing learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and academic excellence. As a supply teacher, you'll have the opportunity to positively impact students' educational journeys while gaining valuable experience in various classroom settings.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a productive learning environment
Engaging students in meaningful learning experiences and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
Collaborating with school staff to ensure continuity in the curriculum during regular teacher's absence
Managing classroom behaviour effectively and creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for learning.

Requirements:

Hold relevant teaching qualifications and are eligible to work as a supply teacher
Possess a valid DBS on the update service (support can be provided to obtain one)
Possess strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students
Have a flexible and adaptable approach to teaching across different year groups and subjects
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
Are passionate about education and making a positive impact on young minds.
