Job Description

Affinity Partnerships are looking for qualified teachers in multiple schools in the Fishponds and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable with teaching KS1 and KS2 and be confident at the front of the classroom and have strong subject knowledge.

Job Responsibility

Deliver consistently strong teaching within their subject area
Support the needs of all learners, including SEND, pupil premium, looked‑after children and high attainers
Communicate effectively, embrace change and build positive relationships with students, staff and families
Contribute to enrichment opportunities beyond the classroom
Demonstrate strong professional practice and support the development of others

Requirements

Qualified Teachers Status
Have a sound understanding of Primary Education
Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills
Have confidence supporting the KS1 and KS2 curriculum
Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour
Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties and other SEND students, both in smalls groups and 1:1
Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job
