Job Description

Looking for a teaching role that matches your lifestyle? We are seeking adaptable and professional Primary Teachers to join our elite supply pool in the vibrant London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. This area offers an unparalleled educational landscape, allowing you to move seamlessly between prestigious, high-achieving schools in leafy Parsons Green and the energetic, multicultural heart of Shepherd’s Bush and White City. With world-class transport links via the District, Piccadilly, and Hammersmith & City lines, commuting is effortless, giving you more time to enjoy the borough’s iconic riverside views and premium amenities like Westfield London. Whether you are returning to the profession or seeking the ultimate flexibility of daily supply without the burden of full-term planning, these opportunities allow you to “hit the ground running” in some of the capital’s most desirable settings.

Job Responsibility

  • Seamless Delivery: Execute pre-set lesson plans with precision, ensuring that learning objectives are met even in the absence of the permanent teacher
  • Positive Climate: Establish immediate authority and rapport using positive behaviour management strategies aligned with school policy
  • Marking & Feedback: Complete all marking for the day’s work, providing constructive feedback that allows the class teacher to transition back seamlessly
  • Safeguarding: Maintain a vigilant approach to pupil welfare, adhering strictly to the safeguarding and “Keeping Children Safe in Education” protocols of each setting

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant UK-based teaching experience required
  • Proven ability to “hit the ground running” in new and fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour when representing the agency

What we offer

  • A Personalized Approach: We listen to your preferences
  • Career Growth: Access free consultative support and one-to-one advice on CV writing and interview techniques
  • Competitive Rewards: We ensure you are paid the best rates for your experience, with an easy, transparent registration process
  • Referral Community: Earn up to £250 in vouchers through our “Recommend a Friend” scheme
