Requirements

  • Essential UK Experience: You must have recent, verifiable experience working within a UK primary school classroom or childcare setting, demonstrating an understanding of the UK National Curriculum
  • Childcare Qualification (Desirable): A relevant CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent) is highly advantageous
  • Safeguarding Compliance: A valid, enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for a new one through Randstad)
  • Core Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent behaviour management, and a proactive attitude toward supporting both classroom teachers and diverse pupils

Nice to have

A relevant CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent)
