Job Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor the supply planning team, ensuring effective performance and alignment with organizational goals
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for professional development
  • Implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to resolve issues and enhance collaboration
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and supply reliability
  • Analyzing sales forecasts and working with sales to validate and improve the accuracy of the forecast
  • Making long term and short-term supply plans and making yearly and monthly production plans and making weekly production schedules
  • Drive improvements in the supply process by adapting it to fit the business model in KSA
  • Ensuring the capability of suppliers to meet the production plans and Ensuring business continuity related to materials supply
  • Monitoring the cost of prices of finished goods & materials making sure not exceeding the budgeted prices
  • Establish controls for all working capital of raw materials and finished goods
  • Defining MTS and MTO SKUs & determining the stock level of finished products to meet sales demand and minimize slow and nonmoving items
  • Working with materials planning suppliers to maintain the required materials for the production
  • Monitoring and improving the utilization of available resources
  • Evaluating the performance of the toller and issuing production orders Posting all the transactions of production in SAP and Providing finance with the Production POs and GRN to process the invoices of the toller and Working with Finance and doing the weekly production settlement and solving all the issues
  • Working with Procurement on all the matters related to the contract with the toller & raw material vendors
  • Working with Quality to solve the quality issues related to finished goods, raw materials and packaging materials
  • Doing the monthly, quarterly, yearly stock counts and making sure no variances between the system and physical quantities

Requirements

  • Industrial/ Chemical engineering OR Bachelor degree in Business administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Effective leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • In-depth knowledge of supply planning, inventory management, and supplier management principles
  • Advanced Excel and Power point is essential, PowerBI knowledge is preferred
  • A proven track record to lead and drive operational improvement using process excellence tools
  • 8+ years of relevant Supply Chain Planning experience including managing suppliers and production 3rd party processes in a Consumer-packaged goods or similarly complex sector
  • Ability to work independently in a structured and determined way
  • Ability to handle conflict and challenge status quo for improved process efficiencies
  • Team leader-coach: ability to lead, encourage and grow diverse talent in a complex landscape in the execution, strategies, and realization of functional and business goals
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity, build positive relationships considering diverse perspectives & styles and gain cross-functional support to deliver the strategy and objectives
  • Fluent English - spoken and written, Arabic is plus
  • Good presentation & data visualization skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Proactive with positive, constructive attitude

  • Translate demand plans into a Master Production Schedule (MPS) to define supply requirements, ensuring customer fulfilment, product availability while minimizing excess/ obsolete stock
  • Perform Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) by collecting capacity availability identifying capacity constraints and developing mitigation actions to ensure product availability (e.g.: prebuild, push-out, re-allocation, capacity increase, etc.)
  • Generate Material Requirement Plan (MRP) and required 3rd party products/ purchased FG for procurement requirement (PR/PO) and define material position strategy to optimize availability and inventory holdings
  • Conduct Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP), execute allocation, replenishment and rebalancing plan across distribution warehouses to ensure product availability, orders fulfilment and cost optimization
