As a Supply Planner, you play a key role in ensuring we deliver the right product, at the right time, in the right quantity. You will orchestrate supply planning activities across purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics to support reliable and cost-effective product availability. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you’ll help align supply with demand, manage risks, and drive planning accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years’ experience looking to deepen their expertise and contribute to a purpose-led global supply chain. We are building a future-focused planning function—a trusted partner that orchestrates end-to-end planning to maximize customer value and enable profitable growth. You’ll be an important part of this journey, ensuring supply plans are robust, agile, and aligned with business priorities. You will be reporting to the Global supply organisation.

Translate demand plans into executable supply schedules for your product portfolio
Adjust plans based on changing inputs from Demand Planners and operational teams, and communicate impacts clearly
Monitor potential constraints and support resolution through root cause analysis and coordination with stakeholders
Partner with suppliers, production, and logistics to ensure timely flow of materials and products
Provide accurate data and insights to enable supply decisions and performance tracking
Maintain master data (e.g., lead times, safety stock, lot sizes) in planning tools and ERP systems
Use systems such as o9 and SAP to create and manage supply plans, work orders, and purchase orders
Escalate supply risks early and propose potential solutions, balancing service and cost considerations
Track supply execution performance and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement
Assist in planning for product launches, engineering changes, and obsolescence to ensure smooth transitions
Liaise with Product Lifecycle Planning Leads to maintain visibility and readiness for upcoming changes
Strengthen technical proficiency in advanced planning tools, data analysis, and scenario planning
Contribute to planning process improvement projects and help embed new tools or ways of working
Develop a broader understanding of how planning connects to business outcomes, from service to margin
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
3–5 years in supply or production planning, logistics, or materials management
Working knowledge of ERP and advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP, o9, Oracle)
Strong Excel skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Analytical mindset with a drive to solve problems
Clear communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams
Comfortable in a dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt
