Job Description

The Supply Planner Assistant Manager is responsible for owning end‑to‑end supply planning execution for assigned categories or channels to ensure high customer service, healthy inventory levels, and efficient working capital management. The role translates demand plans into feasible and executable supply plans, proactively manages supply and inventory risks, and supports Supply inputs into the monthly S&OP / IBP process with clear data, scenarios, and follow‑up actions.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Supply Planning / Supply Chain, preferably FMCG
  • Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP principles
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability
