Job Responsibility:
Maintain an operational understanding of key supply functions and workflows
Prepare weekly schedules ensuring that all work orders are completed on time across all divisions
Issue and manage purchase orders (POs) for all sections, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Coordinate with the sales team to confirm order status, shipping timelines, and product availability
Obtain appropriate approvals for purchase requests before processing
Support remote sales offices and personnel with order-related needs
Implement and maintain efficient order fulfillment procedures to meet customer and business requirements
Establish and monitor appropriate lead times for goods ordering and delivery
Review and validate documentation related to shipments before processing
Work effectively in global supply operations across Egypt, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
Create supply operations reports monthly
Liaise with the finance department to resolve credit issues affecting order processing
Collaborate with all departments to resolve any issues causing delays in the supply chain
Communicate effectively with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution
Maintain close communication with revenue supervisors and administrators to ensure alignment and accountability
Coordinate with the logistics team to confirm document accuracy and shipment timelines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in supply chain operations or procurement
Strong understanding of supply planning and procurement processes
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Fluency in English is mandatory
High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Nice to have:
Experience with ERP or supply chain management systems is a plus
