Western Health is seeking a motivated and reliable Supply Officer (Storeperson) to join our Procurement Services team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient supply, distribution, and inventory management of goods across our health service. Job Responsibility:
Manage stock, inventory, and IMPREST systems
Coordinate receiving dock operations and deliveries
Support logistics, courier, fleet, and mail services
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Assist with training and operational support
Requirements:
Experience in inventory, imprest, or supply services
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Current Victorian Driver's Licence
Nice to have:
Healthcare or hospital experience (desirable)
Forklift licence or logistics qualification (desirable)
