Job Description:

Opportunity to join the Nursery Practitioner bank of staff (Supply) to support the team on a flexible/zero hours basis. The role involves working in a fantastic team and amazing setting, sharing talent for early years to make a difference in children's lives.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Level 3 practitioner qualification
  • Experience working within a nursery environment
  • Understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
  • Ability to take on a key person role
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (professional, practitioner, children, parents, families)
  • Working knowledge of child development and children’s needs
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety and ability to act upon it
  • Understanding of policies and procedures in relation to equality and inclusive practice
  • Commitment to safeguarding
