This role plays a critical part in driving supply management initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and supporting cost, sourcing, and operational improvements across multiple stakeholders. Job Responsibility:
Lead and coordinate supply management–related projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
Collaborate with engineering, suppliers, and leadership to deliver project objectives on time and within scope
Support sourcing, cost reduction, and change management initiatives
Facilitate discussions, manage priorities, and help resolve issues or conflicts as they arise
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Prepare and deliver clear documentation, presentations, and updates for various levels of the organization
Balance multiple projects at once while adapting quickly to shifting priorities
Requirements:
Experience leading teams or managing projects across functions and facilities
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with engineering, suppliers, and management
Proven negotiation, facilitation, and conflict-resolution abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice to have:
Background in supply management areas such as supplier integration, strategic sourcing, supplier development, material flow, logistics, forecasting, scheduling, or tactical supply management
Experience with SAP and/or PDM workflow systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
Business or engineering degree, or equivalent practical experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
