Job Responsibility:
Manage and track the delivery of purchased parts from both internal and external suppliers
Communicate regularly with suppliers and internal teams to address delivery timing, questions, or issues
Use Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to support daily planning, tracking, and reporting
Support material flow across one or more locations to meet operational needs
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
Solid typing and general computer skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fully onsite environment
Nice to have:
4‑year degree in Business, Supply Management, or a related field
