The Supply Management Business Analyst is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of product quotas to ensure fair, compliant, and patient‑focused allocation of limited supply across markets, customers, and channels. The role plays a critical part in safeguarding continuity of supply by setting, maintaining, and enforcing quotas in alignment with demand signals, available inventory, and market requirements. This role acts as the primary operational decision‑maker when customer demand exceeds allocated supply and serves as a key interface between Supply Management lead, IBP, Regional Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Local Affiliates.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and update monthly quotas by country, customer, channel, and period, based on validated demand and available supply
Coordinate affiliate reviews and approvals
Monitor orders exceeding quotas and decide on reductions, rejections, or quota adjustments
Ensure all decisions are executed in the correct systems and clearly communicated
