Job Responsibility

  • Provide support to purchasing processes according to the established roles and responsibilities and/or supply chain strategies
  • Assist with the development of improvement projects within the Supply Logistics area
  • Actively participate in communication between various logistics areas, generating reports, monitoring, and updating them based on KPIs established by the organization
  • Generate reports through SAP, LeanDNA, and other software used by the Supply Logistics teams
  • Prepare executive presentations (Governance)

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or with up to 2 years of having graduated from Industrial Engineering / bachelor's degree in international Trade / Admon. of Companies / Systems / Logistics or similar
  • Command of the English language
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of SAP (preferred) or other ERP systems
