Job Description:

Health & Social Care Lecturer - “Shape Futures. Inspire Change”. As a Lecturer of Health and Social Care at EKC Group, you’ll play a key role in developing the next generation of care professionals; creating inspiring learning experiences and supporting learners to achieve their full potential.

Job Responsibility:

Teach, train and assess learners across a range of dynamic learning environments
Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that motivate and challenge students
Support learners holistically, helping them to grow in confidence and skill
Lead on designated programmes and courses, ensuring strong curriculum design, delivery and evaluation
Plan and teach engaging, innovative lessons that inspire learners
Use assessment and tracking to identify progress and plan interventions
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and class management skills
Teach across a range of study programmes and courses from Level 1 to Level 3
Motivate and support learners to help them achieve and succeed in their studies

Requirements:

Ideally, some experience of teaching or workplace training
A positive, empathetic outlook, with a commitment to supporting learners
Confidence in managing a classroom and creating a positive learning environment
Highly organised and creative
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to assess and track student progress
