We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity within our Pharmacy Supply Team for a Full-Time Supply Lead. This role is key to managing our store stock replenishment systems and ensuring that pharmacy inventory aligns with patient needs across all locations. Part of our Healthcare Business Unit, the Pharmacy Supply Team is passionate about delivering the right stock, at the right time, to support patient care and contribute to overall pharmacy growth. Job Responsibility:

  • Taking ownership of day-to-day operations for our stock replenishment systems
  • Analysing data trends to guide stock range decisions and improve inventory accuracy
  • Using tools such as Columbus and other data platforms to enhance supply chain performance both centrally and in-store
  • Responding to and resolving store queries related to stock replenishment, offering guidance and training where needed
  • Act as the go-to supply contact for stock replenishment—attending field team meetings and conducting store visits to build relationships and gather insights
  • Collaborating across teams to support process improvements, ensuring any updates are clearly communicated and approved
  • Contributing to resolving pharmacy supply queries and support the wider pharmacy supply team across all functions
