  • Track and monitor imports working with the different plants outside of Australia to guarantee the smooth delivery
  • Translate forecasts into firm production schedules and materials plans, managing freeze/flex rules
  • Drive inventory strategy, optimisation, and health across the network
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Logistics to mitigate constraints and model cost-to-serve scenarios

  • Lead special projects, network optimisations, and site consolidation planning
  • Coordinate special orders to big projects (Hotels, commercial buildings….) to deliver the project on time
  • Build clear dashboards and reporting for executives and key stakeholders
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 8–12+ years in integrated planning, with strong experience across both demand and supply

  • Strong analytical skills: forecasting, scenario modelling, Excel/SQL, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
  • Experience with ERP/MRP and advanced planning systems
  • Multi-plant planning experience, including offshore operations
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across teams and functions
  • Highly organised, results-driven, and able to operate at both detailed and system-level views
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
What we offer:

  • A company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth
  • Access to social club and other employee benefits
