Job Responsibility

Coordinate order releases and shipping instructions with warehouses
Schedule and follow up on appointments and deliveries
Maintain operational dashboards and track order status
Review and validate shipping documents (BOLs/PODs)
Investigate inventory, delivery, and shipment discrepancies
Coordinate damage claims and inventory adjustments
Support monthly audits and invoicing readiness
Participate in warehouse performance reviews and process improvements
Support logistics quoting and warehouse onboarding for new programs
