We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager to join our team in Brussels. You'll lead digital and operational transformation initiatives within an international life sciences environment, working closely with business, supply chain, and IT stakeholders. Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects in an international pharmaceutical environment
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, operations, IT, quality, and business teams
  • Support ERP deployment, process harmonisation, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and service performance
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, KPIs, and change management activities
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user adoption during transformation programs
  • Contribute to process automation and reporting optimisation using digital tools and dashboards
  • Ensure alignment with pharmaceutical compliance and operational standards

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in supply chain transformation, project management, or digital operations within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry
  • Experience working on ERP implementation, process optimisation, or transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Experience coordinating international and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Knowledge of tools such as SAP, Kinaxis, Power BI, or similar digital supply chain solutions is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and international environments
