Our Logistics team manage the day-to-day processes involved in ensuring our colleagues and customers have their raw materials and products in the right place at the right time. As a Supply Chain Support Assistant, you will provide coordination and administrative support to the team, checking forecasts against actuals, dealing with test orders, and so on.
Job Responsibility
Highlight any issues which could be of detriment to servicing our customers or impact financially on our internal operations
Analyse data and raise concerns accordingly both internally and with the customers
Conducting yourself in a professional manner and helping colleagues with any queries relating to supply chain to ensure everyone can meet their targets
Working with the teams across both sites to ensure customer service is delivered in full, on time
Work with our customers to improve communication to have a positive impact on our operational and commercial processes
Requirements
Ideally have skills/experience gained within a similar position(s), at a similar level
Credible and confident communicator (written and verbal) at all levels
Have a proven record of communicating directly with customers, both in person and over Teams/phone/written communication
