Job Description:

Meta is seeking an experienced and strategic professional to drive strategic operations and transformative supply chain initiatives within our global Data Center Infrastructure Supply Chain organization. This role is designed for an individual who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure, operations, and business strategy. You will drive impactful programs that optimize delivery, align cross-functional goals, and elevate operations across Meta’s hyperscale data center supply chain.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive and execute supply chain projects across planning, sourcing, fulfillment and engineering disciplines
  • Develop and manage project plans, track milestones, report progress and ensure timeline execution in alignment with overall goals
  • Proactively identify and address risks, dependencies and issues, escalating as needed to ensure project success
  • Identify and lead efforts to streamline and standardize supply chain processes, leveraging automation best practices
  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize operational needs
  • Support the development and maintenance of reliable data sources and governance practices for supply chain information
  • Collaborate with data analytics teams to define key metrics, reporting frameworks and dashboards to give the business data-driven insights
  • Engage and partner with Engineering and Design teams to establish robust processes surrounding BOM Management and Design Timelines
  • Develop, track and report on Observations and Key Results (OKRs) across all verticals of the Data Center Sourcing Team

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, program management, engineering or related fields
  • Proven track record of driving projects, improving processes, and enabling analytics capabilities
  • Collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across engineering and other cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and process improvement

Nice to have:

  • Experience driving business transformation or process reengineering initiatives
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
  • Familiarity with Meta’s infrastructure stack or hyperscale data center environments
  • MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
