Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and enhance overall efficiency
Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective transportation solutions
Manage inventory analysis to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize excess or shortages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives
Utilize PeopleSoft tools to streamline procurement and supply chain workflows
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Conduct full-cycle recruiting efforts to build a skilled and reliable supply chain team
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all supply chain activities
Provide strategic recommendations to improve supply chain management and logistics operations
Prepare detailed reports and documentation on supply chain metrics and project outcomes
Requirements:
Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or inventory analysis
Proficiency with PeopleSoft tools to manage and optimize supply chain processes
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across departments
Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes within a supply chain context
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to supply chain and logistics
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
