We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to play a key role in ensuring product availability and smooth operational flow across the UK & Ireland. Working within a 0-6 month planning horizon, you will manage inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, oversee stock movements, and support import and customs activities. You'll act as a crucial link between local operations and regional/global supply chain teams to maintain alignment, efficiency, and strong service delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Provide real-time inputs to the Demand Planner to support accurate short-term forecasting
Monitor replenishment needs and coordinate with Deployment Planners
Review and execute replenishment plans, including secondary warehouse activity
Actively manage stock levels alongside the Inventory team
Process stock receipts in ERP systems
Monitor local inventory levels and stock accuracy within the ERP
Maintain and manage addressable agreements, such as logistics charters during warehouse transitions
Serve as the key contact for short‑term supply issues (allocation, backorders, delays, etc.)
Liaise with local distribution centres and contract manufacturing organisations
Support customer request resolutions while balancing operational and business priorities
Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders on operational activity
Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee all importation activities, including licensing, transport coordination, warehousing, and customs procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in Supply Chain or Finance
Ideally 2-3 years within industry or FMCG in a related role
Knowledge in supply planning, inventory management, logistics, distribution, data management, and supply chain IT systems
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems
