Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE: This role is at the centre of Arrow's Supply Chain Operations model, responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of customer supply chain solutions across EMEA. You will own the full solution lifecycle: configuring and implementing solutions with operational rigor, monitoring live programmes to ensure they perform as intended, and governing changes, including redesigns and sunsets, with the same discipline applied at setup. This is not a transactional role. You are the operational custodian of every program you touch. This role sits within a wider Supply Chain team. You will be part of a dedicated specialist hub in Gdansk, working closely with customer-facing Supply Chain Executives and Inventory Integrity teams as part of one connected function.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement customer supply chain solutions — translate qualified customer requirements into configured, operational solutions using a clear, professional process
  • Monitor and protect live programmes — act as the eyes and ears of every active solution, tracking whether Arrow is delivering against what was promised and whether the customer is meeting their commitments
  • Identify slippage and drive improvement — spot performance drift early, surface opportunities to improve, and make proactive recommendations rather than waiting for escalation
  • Govern solution changes end-to-end — when a solution needs to be redesigned, optimised, or sunset, apply the same rigor and governance used at implementation. No orphaned programmes
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders — manage high-quality handoffs with Sales, Operations, IT, Asset, and other functions, ensuring the complexity behind the scenes is invisible to the customer
  • Contribute to a scalable operating model — help establish and refine standard work, operating cadence, and best practices as the Global Supply Chain Specialist function matures

Requirements

  • Supply chain solutions experience — you have hands-on experience designing, configuring, or implementing supply chain solutions such as VMI, consignment, forecast-sharing, or similar programmes
  • Operational discipline — you bring rigor to implementation and ongoing governance, not just initial setup. You care about whether solutions continue to work, not just whether they launched
  • Monitoring and analytical instinct — you naturally track performance, spot anomalies, and investigate root causes rather than waiting to be told something is wrong
  • Stakeholder coordination — you can work across multiple internal teams, manage competing priorities, and ensure clean handoffs without dropping context
  • Process mindset — you think in terms of repeatable, scalable standard work rather than one-off problem solving
  • Collaborative and self-directed — you operate effectively within a team hub while taking ownership of your own portfolio of solutions and customers

What we offer

  • Permanent contract with a 3-month probationary period
  • Hybrid work mode
  • Career development opportunities in a rapidly growing environment
  • Premium Medical Care programme, including a dental package
  • MyBenefit System, including a MultiSport Card and vouchers
  • Dynamic and collaborative environment with a friendly work atmosphere
