Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrative Assistant to support purchasing and operations. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating with vendors, and helping keep processes running smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with purchase orders, requisitions, and vendor follow-ups
Track order status and help resolve any shipping or delivery issues
Maintain and update vendor and pricing data in internal systems
Support inventory and shortage tracking efforts
Partner with internal teams (planning, inventory, operations) to ensure materials are available
Provide general administrative support including reporting, documentation, and communication
Requirements:
1–3 years of administrative, purchasing, or related experience
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable working in Excel and Microsoft Office
Good communication skills and ability to follow through
