Job Description:

We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in the Greater Greenville area seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support logistics projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the operation. This is a high-impact, project-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, improving processes, and driving efficiency within supply chain operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the internal point of contact for supply chain and logistics projects
  • Support and lead process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on material flow and operational improvements
  • Support training efforts and workshops related to supply chain best practices
  • Assist with warehouse layout, material flow, and optimization efforts
  • Generate KPI-driven reports and support data analysis initiatives
  • Help resolve logistics-related issues with customers and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
  • Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Background in manufacturing or supply chain environments
